A few weeks ago, eHow blogger Raul Zelaya showed us how to make ginger beer. It was a beautiful post with instructions that seemed easy to follow. It made me want to make batches of ginger beer at home. And I have the tweet to prove it.
However, eHow Product Marketing Manager Kareen Vilnai beat me to the punch and made a few bottles of her own. She generously brought some to the office to share. It was delicious! Spicy, sweet, fizzy â€" definitely the freshest tasting ginger beer I’ve ever had. I can only imagine how good it would be in a festive cocktail.
